Online Sales and Redemption Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to your purchase or redemption of our products on this website. Before placing an order, please read these terms carefully. By purchasing/redeeming products on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use. All products purchased/redeemed through this website are subject to these terms. In case of any inconsistency between these terms and the Privacy Policy and/or Website Terms of Use, these terms shall prevail.
1. Definitions
1.1 "Health Hubs Member Club" refers to our membership program.
1.2 "Contract" means the agreement between you and us for the sale and supply of products through this website under these terms.
1.3 "Delivery Address" means the address specified in your order for product delivery.
1.4 "Dispatch Date" means the date we notify you for product delivery or collection.
1.5 "Hong Kong" refers to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
1.6 "Intellectual Property" includes all intellectual property rights, such as patents, designs, trademarks, copyrights, and database rights, whether registered or not.
1.7 "Macau" refers to the Macau Special Administrative Region.
1.8 "Order" means the electronic order you submit via this website to purchase/redeem products.
1.9 "Order Confirmation" means our acceptance of your order after successful processing.
1.10 "Product(s)" means the products listed on this website for purchase/redemption, including peripherals and/or gifts specified in your order.
1.11 "These Terms and Conditions" refers to the terms stated herein.
1.12 "We/Us" means Health Hubs Group Limited.
1.13 "Website" means (https://www.healthhubs.hk).
1.14 "You" refers to the customer purchasing/redeeming products or using coupons on this website.
2. Basis of Contract
2.1 In case of any inconsistency between these terms and any other terms in your order, these terms shall prevail.
2.2 By placing an order, you warrant and represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- You understand that we sell and deliver products only to end-user customers.
- You will not resell or supply products outside Hong Kong or Macau, nor provide them to any party you know (or reasonably believe) intends to resell them outside these regions.
3. Placing an Order
3.1 The information on this website constitutes an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your submitted order is an offer to purchase/redeem the specified products. Once submitted, you may not cancel or amend the order to the fullest extent permitted by law. We reserve the sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject any part of your order without providing reasons.
3.2 An order acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only upon our issuance of an Order Confirmation.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Payment must be made via Stripe, approved credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), coupons, and/or loyalty points. All prices are in HKD.
4.2 You agree to pay for all orders under your account/credit card and indemnify us against any claims arising from unauthorized use. You are responsible for notifying your bank of any changes or fraudulent activities.
4.3 Product prices and specifications may be updated periodically. Check the website for the latest information.
4.4 Products will be dispatched only after full payment is received.
5. Delivery and Collection
5.1 Products under the same order may be delivered in multiple shipments.
5.2 Dispatch dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays or early deliveries.
5.3 If you fail to collect products within 30 days of Order Confirmation or provide incorrect delivery instructions, we may:
- Store the products and charge reasonable fees;
- Recover additional costs incurred;
- Dispose of uncollected products without refunding payments, coupons, or points; or
- Authorize third-party logistics providers to handle the products without compensation.
5.4 Upon delivery, we are deemed to have fulfilled our contractual obligations, and the products are presumed to be of satisfactory quality.
5.5 Risk transfers to you upon delivery/collection, but ownership remains with us until full payment is received.
6. Exchange and Refund Policy
6.1 If dissatisfied, you may request an exchange/refund per our policy, which is your sole remedy for product quality issues.
6.2 For repairs/maintenance after 7 days of receipt, refer to the manufacturer’s warranty terms (we do not provide warranty services).
7. Warranties and Liability
7.1 All implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for purpose) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account password. We are not liable for unauthorized access.
7.3 We do not guarantee the accuracy of website content (e.g., digital images). We are not liable for errors, misuse, or unauthorized modifications to products.
7.4 You must ensure order details (e.g., delivery address) are accurate. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.
7.5 Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the relevant product.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, strikes, supply shortages).
9. Intellectual Property
Product sales/redemptions do not transfer any intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
10. Personal Data
Your personal data will be used per the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and our Privacy Policy.
11. Genera
11.1 These terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use, constitute the entire agreement.
11.2 You may not assign your rights/obligations without our prior written consent.
11.3 Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
11.4 If any clause is invalid, the remaining clauses remain enforceable.
11.5 Products are subject to U.S. export controls. You warrant compliance with all applicable export laws.
11.6 No third party may enforce these terms.
11.7 These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, with disputes subject to Hong Kong courts. .
