By using the Accudex software application ("Accudex"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Accudex.

Accudex provides general musculoskeletal health assessments and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek advice from your physician regarding medical conditions.

 

Data Collection
Dreiso Limited collects only: Basic demographic information (age range and gender); Objective movement measurements; No names, emails, contact information, or personal identifiers; No video recordings are made or stored; Movement analysis is performed in real-time using your device’s camera.

 

Data Storage and Retention
All data are anonymized and stored locally on the device only. Only de-identified, anonymized data may be used on secure Dreiso servers (AWS) strictly for QR code report retrieval.

Operational Data: Automatically deleted after 7 days; Research Data: With your consent, anonymized data may be retained for research to improve the accuracy of models. Contains no personal identifiers.

 

Your Rights

You may: Opt out of research data retention; Request immediate deletion of assessment data; Access information about your data usage; Withdraw consent at any time.

 

Legal Disclaimer
Dreiso Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use of Accudex, even if advised of the possibility of such damage, or any other legal theory.

 

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Hong Kong SAR laws.
